Shipping
Jeeps R Us only ships orders made through the online store within the U.S. Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days (please note that our business days are Tuesday through Saturday). Expedited orders also require processing time. Regular shipping within the United States takes 5 - 7 business days. These times can be extended during peak seasons due to carrier delays.

Returns
At Jeeps R Us, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return all or part of the order within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund of the merchandise value. Before returning any merchandise, first contact us using the contact form and supply the following information:

• Why you are returning the product (is it defective, or just not what you wanted?)
• Your name and order number
• A list of exact items on the order that you wish to return

Include a copy of your invoice with the return shipment. If you lost your invoice, you can login to your account and find a copy of your invoice under the "My Account" link.

Returned items must be shipped back to us within 30 days, must be complete with all included accessories and/or packaging and in resellable condition (if not defective) to receive a full refund.
